items Monday - Saturday 09.30 - 1730 and we are closed Bank
Holidays and Public holidays. Orders for delivery must be placed
(4) four hours prior to delivery. This does not include Sundays.
However Sunday deliveries can be completed.
Products
Some flowers are seasonal and the images shown are a guidance.
The colour and shape of the arrangements take priority. Some
flowers may vary within the viewed arrangement.
Making
A Purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and
click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the
shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on
"Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be
able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. Prices are quoted in £
Sterling and will be converted by your credit card to your own
currency.
We accept all major credit cards. You may also send your
credit card information via phone, email or over the internet.
Delivery
Prices include delivery within the Greater Belfast, BT1, BT2,
BT3, BT7 BT36, BT37, BT38, BT39 postal areas. Deliveries outside
our local areas will incur a £8.00 delivery charge. If we can not
fulfill the order we will, place a delivery card for the customer
to phone for delivery or alternatively leave the item with a
neighbour and or alternatively we will require the recipient to
pick the item up from the shop.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver to all hospitals in these postal areas.
Tax Charges
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. VAT No. GB
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the
order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted
after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on
any web site.

House of Elliott do not disclose buyers' information to third
parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of
the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an
item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and
to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Data

a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods
delivery purposes

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver
Products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any
damage or defect to products delivered if caused by any event or
circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without
limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes,
breakdown or systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion
or accident.
Cancellation/Amendments
If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order

Please give 48 hours notice before the requested delivery
date.
We regret that you may not cancel an order for perishable
products once your order has been dispatched.
You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where
fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by
another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and
to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not
reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.
